Process insight with AI agents: see where your processes stall
Process insight with AI agents starts with something your systems do not store: the questions customers, dealers and colleagues actually ask. Combined with your ERP, CRM and service desk data, those conversations show where a process stalls, which information is missing and what people look for but cannot find.
Short answer
Every agent conversation tells you what someone needed and whether they got it. BeeManaged combines that conversation data with data from your connected systems in process dashboards in app.beemanaged.com, next to the internal agent and a monthly report. You see where requests get stuck, which questions keep coming back and which ones turn into orders or tickets.
What is process insight with AI agents?
It is insight into how a process really runs, built from two sources: the conversations your agents have and the records in your systems. The conversation shows the question, the doubt and the missing detail; the system shows what happened next. Together they answer why something took long, not only that it did.
A BI dashboard tells you how many tickets were closed last week. It cannot tell you that callers keep failing to find their installation number, or that dealers keep asking the same question about delivery times. Those answers sit in conversations, and an agent reads every conversation back.
What do conversations show that your systems do not?
They show demand and friction before anything is booked: what people ask for that you do not offer yet, which details are missing when a request comes in, where they drop out and which answers they do not understand. Your ERP only sees the order, your service desk only sees the ticket.
At vanRaam, conversation analysis showed that visitors wanted to take a dog along on an adapted bike. That was input for a dog solution for the Thuja: a signal that came from conversations, not from orders.
- Demand signals: questions about a product variant or option you do not sell yet.
- Missing information: which details are missing when a request or ticket comes in.
- Recurring questions: the same question about delivery, stock or a manual, asked week after week.
- Handover moments: where the agent hands over to a person, and why.
How do the process dashboards in app.beemanaged.com work?
Process dashboards combine conversation data from your agents with data from your connected systems. They run live in app.beemanaged.com, next to the internal agent, conversation monitoring and the monthly report. The agent reads your systems read-only by default; changes go through the approval queue.
01
Conversations are read back
The agent reads every conversation back; every question and action is recorded in the audit log.
02
Systems are connected
The agent reads your ERP, CRM or service desk through the official API, read-only by default.
03
Both sources are combined
The dashboard shows how requests and tickets develop across both sources, with the underlying records.
04
You get a monthly report
Every month we review the conversations, report the themes that came up and recommend the next improvement to the process or the agent.
Which questions does process insight answer?
Questions that cross the line between conversation and system. In the dashboard: how many quote requests became an order and which fault types arrive most often, with the records behind the answer. In the monthly report: which themes keep coming back in dealer and product questions.
| Question | Conversation data | System data | What you see |
|---|---|---|---|
| How many quote requests became an order? | Quote requests from the website agent | Quotations and sales orders in Exact Online | The share that became an order, with the records |
| Which fault types came in most this month? | Classified service mails and chats | Incidents in TOPdesk or tickets in your service desk | A table in the dashboard, with the underlying tickets |
| What do dealers ask about delivery? | Dealer questions on website and WhatsApp | Order status and delivery dates in the ERP | In the monthly report: the themes that came up |
| Which product questions remain open? | Questions the agent could not answer and handed over | Product data and documents the agent searched | In the monthly report: what people looked for and could not find |
Process insight or a BI dashboard: what is the difference?
A BI tool such as Power BI is the right choice for fixed reports on figures that are already in your systems. Process insight adds the conversation layer and answers questions nobody built a report for. The two work side by side; process insight does not replace your BI.
- BI: fixed dashboards, refreshed on a schedule, built on structured data from ERP, CRM or service desk.
- Process insight: what people asked, where they got stuck and what happened next, combined from conversations and systems.
- Ad-hoc questions: through the internal agent, in plain language, with the records behind the answer.
Who sees what, and is it safe?
The internal agent works with rights per role: a service engineer sees tickets, not margins. Agents and data run in the EU, your data is not used to train models, and every question and action is recorded in the audit log.
- Rights per role, read-only by default.
- Agents and data run in the EU, under a standard data processing agreement.
What does process insight cost?
Monitoring, quality control and the dashboard in app.beemanaged.com, with a monthly report, cost €250 per month. Customer-facing agents cost from €0.35 per conversation. Connecting extra systems is quoted up front, with development at €175 per hour; internal agents are custom work, priced in consultation.
When don't you need process insight from BeeManaged?
If you have no agent talking to customers or colleagues yet, there is no conversation data to combine, and a BI tool on your existing systems is the place to start. Process insight becomes worth it once an agent handles a real share of your requests and you want to know what those conversations tell you.

Frequently asked questions
What is a process dashboard in app.beemanaged.com?
A dashboard that combines conversation data from your agents with data from your connected systems, such as ERP, CRM or service desk. It is live next to the internal agent, conversation monitoring and the monthly report.
Do I need an AI agent for process insight?
Yes. The conversation data comes from agents that talk to your customers, dealers or colleagues. Without an agent, a BI tool on your existing systems is the better start.
Does it replace Power BI?
No. Keep Power BI or another BI tool for fixed reports. Process insight adds what people asked and where they got stuck, and answers questions nobody built a report for.
Can the agent change data in our systems?
Only after approval. The agent reads your systems read-only by default; changes wait in the approval queue until a colleague approves them.
What does it cost?
Monitoring and the dashboard with a monthly report cost €250 per month. Customer-facing agents cost from €0.35 per conversation, and extra connections are quoted up front.
