BeeManaged B.V., Groenestraat 294, 6531 JC Nijmegen, Netherlands, is the data controller for personal data processed via this website and our AI services.

We process contact details (name, email, phone) you submit through forms, technical data (IP address, browser, device) for security and analytics, and conversation logs when you interact with our AI agents on customer sites.

We process data to provide and improve our services (contractual necessity), to respond to your inquiries (legitimate interest) and, where required, based on your explicit consent (for example analytics and marketing cookies).

We share data only with vetted sub-processors (hosting, analytics, CRM) under data processing agreements. We never sell personal data. Transfers outside the EEA use Standard Contractual Clauses.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Conversation logs are typically kept for 24 months unless agreed otherwise.
