Integrations
HubSpot AI agent integration for sales and service
A HubSpot AI agent integration lets an agent turn website and WhatsApp conversations into contacts, deals and tickets in HubSpot, and answer your team's questions with CRM data next to order and stock data from your ERP. Below we cover how that relates to HubSpot's own AI and MCP server, and how the connection works.
Short answer
Yes. An AI agent connects to HubSpot through the HubSpot API, with an app whose scopes decide what it may read and write. It prepares contacts, deals, tickets, tasks and notes from conversations, which a colleague approves. HubSpot's Breeze Assistant and Customer Agent work inside HubSpot; a BeeManaged agent combines HubSpot with your ERP and service channels.
What is a HubSpot AI agent integration?
It is a connection through the HubSpot API that lets an AI agent read CRM records and, where you allow it, create or update them. A visitor asks for advice or a quote; the agent answers, collects the details and prepares a contact, deal or ticket in HubSpot for the right person, with the conversation attached.
Through the object APIs HubSpot lets integrations create and manage records such as contacts, companies, deals, tickets and leads, and activities such as tasks, notes, calls, emails and meetings. Custom objects are available on Enterprise subscriptions.

What do HubSpot's own AI tools do?
Breeze Assistant is included with HubSpot subscriptions at no extra cost and helps users inside HubSpot. HubSpot's agents, grouped as Agent Hub, run on HubSpot Credits. The Customer Agent answers customers in HubSpot's service channels on Professional and Enterprise, and the Prospecting Agent helps sales on Starter, Professional and Enterprise.
HubSpot's AI works with data in HubSpot; ERP data such as stock, customer prices or delivery dates is only available if you sync it in, and the dealer routing and approval rules of your own process still have to be built. That is the part a BeeManaged agent adds, next to HubSpot's own AI.
- Customer Agent (October 2026): $0.50 per resolution, which is 50 HubSpot Credits. HubSpot counts a resolution when the agent helped and the conversation was not handed to a person within 72 hours.
- HubSpot Credits cost $0.010 each, sold in packs of 1,000 for $10. Paid subscriptions include monthly credits, for example 500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional and 5,000 on Enterprise for Smart CRM and the Marketing, Sales, Service, Content and Revenue Hubs. Unused credits expire at the end of the month.
- Agent Hub is included in all Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions; many AI features and agents use credits.

Does HubSpot have an MCP server?
Yes. HubSpot's remote MCP server has been generally available to all HubSpot accounts since April 2026. It requires OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, works with any MCP client that supports it, and respects the user's existing HubSpot permissions. HubSpot's own connectors for Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and ChatGPT run on it.
- It can create and edit records such as contacts, companies, deals, tickets, leads, products and custom object records, and log activities.
- If an account has Sensitive Data turned on, activities and conversations are blocked through the MCP server.
- An MCP server gives one user access through their own AI assistant. Website visitors, dealers and the approval rules of a process are outside its scope.

HubSpot's own AI, a self-service connector or a managed agent: which fits?
Use Breeze Assistant and HubSpot's agents when your team works mainly inside HubSpot. HubSpot's MCP server suits one person querying HubSpot from their own AI assistant. Choose a managed agent when the answer needs data from your ERP as well as HubSpot, and your own routing and approval rules, for example for customers and dealers on your website or WhatsApp.
| The vendor's own AI | Self-service MCP connector | Managed agent from BeeManaged | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who it is for | Your team and customers in HubSpot's channels | Individual users with their own AI assistant | Website visitors, customers, dealers and your team |
| Systems | HubSpot | HubSpot, via your AI assistant | HubSpot plus ERP, website, WhatsApp and email |
| Write actions | Inside HubSpot, per agent | Create and edit, within the user's permissions | Contacts, deals and tickets through an approval queue |
| Management | HubSpot | You | BeeManaged, with monitoring and audit log |
| Cost | Subscription plus HubSpot Credits | Available to all HubSpot accounts | From €0.35 per conversation; internal agents in consultation |
What does an AI agent do with HubSpot in a manufacturing company?
It turns conversations into CRM work and answers questions that need more than HubSpot: a qualified contact with the right deal, a ticket with the missing details, a task for the account manager, and answers that combine deals with orders from your ERP. Your team approves where it matters. Five examples below.
| Process | Question or trigger | What the agent reads or does | What comes back |
|---|---|---|---|
| Qualified lead from the website | Visitor asks for a quote for a machine part | Asks quantity, application and timeline, creates or updates the contact and a deal | A qualified deal in HubSpot, with the conversation |
| Owner and follow-up | Who follows up this request? | Applies your routing rules, prepares a task for the account manager or dealer | A task with the request and next step, after approval |
| Ticket from WhatsApp or email | Customer reports a problem with a delivered product | Asks for order number and photo, creates a ticket | A ticket with the details, ready for service |
| Questions from sales | Account manager: what is open at this customer and what did they order? | Reads deals and tickets in HubSpot and orders in your ERP | One answer from both systems, with sources |
| Status for the customer | Customer: when does my order ship? | Verifies the contact, reads the order in the ERP | Status and delivery date of their own order |
How does the HubSpot API connection work technically?
The agent uses the HubSpot API with an app installed in your account. You grant the app scopes, such as reading contacts or writing tickets, and those scopes decide what the agent can do: an app's access token reflects its scopes, not the permissions of a HubSpot user. We request only the scopes a process needs; writes go through the approval queue in app.beemanaged.com.
- Apps (as of October 2026): HubSpot recommends building on its current developer platform, where an app for a single account uses a static access token and an app for several accounts uses OAuth. Existing legacy private apps remain supported; only a super admin can create them.
- Rate limits for privately distributed apps: 100 requests per 10 seconds per app and 250,000 per day per account on Free and Starter, 190 per 10 seconds and 625,000 per day on Professional, 190 per 10 seconds and 1,000,000 per day on Enterprise. All apps in the account share the daily limit.
- Because the app's rights are its scopes, we request only the scopes a process needs and record every question and action in the audit log, with the conversation that caused it.
- Data location: HubSpot hosts customer data on AWS in, among other regions, the EU (Germany), with processing outside that location in a very limited number of cases, according to HubSpot. Our agents and data run in the EU, with no training on your data.

How we set it up, in four steps
01
Choose one process
For example quote requests from the website, with the rules for which deal stage and which account manager.
02
Connect with minimal scopes
Your HubSpot admin installs the app with only the scopes the process needs; we test on real conversations.
03
Go live with approval
Contacts, deals, tickets and tasks wait in the approval queue until a colleague approves.
04
Monitor and improve
Conversation review, audit log and a monthly report with the themes that came up, then the next process.
Pricing for a HubSpot agent
Customer-facing agents cost from €0.35 per conversation. Setup is quoted up front (development €175 per hour), monitoring and the dashboard cost €250 per month, and a consultation package is €1,750. Internal agents are custom work, priced in consultation. Your HubSpot subscription stays as it is.
When don't you need BeeManaged for HubSpot?
If your team mainly wants help inside HubSpot, Breeze Assistant comes with your subscription, and the Customer Agent can answer customers in HubSpot's own channels. If one person wants to query HubSpot from an AI assistant, the MCP server covers it. BeeManaged makes sense when conversations need ERP data next to HubSpot and your own routing and approval rules.

Frequently asked questions
Can an AI agent create deals and tickets in HubSpot?
Yes, through the HubSpot API, with an app whose scopes allow it. We start read-only and let the agent prepare records, which a colleague approves in the queue.
What is the difference with HubSpot's own AI?
Breeze Assistant and HubSpot's agents work with HubSpot data, in HubSpot's channels, and agents run on HubSpot Credits. A BeeManaged agent combines HubSpot with your ERP and your own routing rules, and runs with an approval queue and audit log.
Does HubSpot have an MCP server?
Yes, generally available to all HubSpot accounts since April 2026. It uses OAuth with PKCE and respects each user's existing permissions.
Which rights does the agent get in HubSpot?
Only the scopes of its app, granted by your HubSpot admin. An app's access token follows its scopes rather than a user's permissions, so we request the minimum per process and record every question and action in the audit log.
Where is HubSpot data stored?
HubSpot offers hosting in the EU (Germany), with limited processing elsewhere according to HubSpot. The BeeManaged agent and its data run in the EU under a data processing agreement.
What does it cost?
Customer-facing agents cost from €0.35 per conversation, setup is quoted up front and monitoring with the dashboard costs €250 per month. Internal agents are custom work, priced in consultation.
