Guides on AI agents for ERP, CRM and Microsoft 365
These guides on AI agents answer the questions we hear in every intake: what MCP is, when Copilot Studio is enough and what an agent may do in your ERP or CRM. Every guide names its sources and the date the facts were checked.
Short answer
The guides explain how AI agents work with business software, written for manufacturing, trade and technical companies. Each one starts with a direct answer, compares the routes honestly, including when you do not need BeeManaged, and links to the official vendor documentation with the date the facts were checked.
What do the guides cover?
They cover the choices before and around an AI agent: which standard connects AI to your systems, which tool fits your team and what it costs. They do not replace an intake, but they let you arrive at one with the right questions. The current guides are listed below.
What is MCP and what does it mean for your ERP and CRM?
What is MCP and what does an MCP server mean for your ERP and CRM? A plain guide to how it works, the security risks and which vendors offer one today.

Copilot Studio or a managed AI agent: which fits your company?
Copilot Studio or a managed AI agent: who builds and manages it, what it costs per credit or per conversation, and customers on your website or WhatsApp.

How are the guides written and checked?
Every vendor fact comes from the vendor's own documentation, checked on the date shown at the top of the guide, and the source is linked under the section. Where we cannot verify something, we leave it out. Prices and product names change, so each guide carries an as-of date and is rechecked when it is updated.
- A direct answer under every question heading, so you can stop reading once you have it.
- An honest section on when another route, such as the vendor's own AI or a self-service connector, is the better choice.
- No client result figures and no claims we cannot back with a source.
Where do you go after a guide?
To the integration page of the system you use, or to the use case that matches your process. The integration pages describe what an agent does with Exact Online, AFAS Profit, Microsoft 365 or WhatsApp; the use case pages describe a process across systems, such as an internal agent for your team.

Frequently asked questions
Who writes the guides?
The BeeManaged team, with the technical content checked by Roy Rutten, who builds the agents and their integrations. The author is named on every guide.
How current are the facts?
Each guide shows when it was last updated and the date the vendor facts were checked. We recheck the facts when a vendor changes its product or pricing, and at every update of the guide.
Are the guides neutral about other vendors?
They compare routes on facts from the vendors' own documentation and say when another route fits better. They do not compare us with named competitors.
Can I suggest a topic?
Yes. Send the question you would like answered through the contact form; questions we hear often become a guide.
Where are the guides on humanoid robots?
Robotics has its own section, with guides on Figure 03 and on choosing between a humanoid robot and a cobot.
Prefer to talk it through?
Plan a conversation. We look at one process with you and tell you which route fits, with or without BeeManaged.
