Integrations: connect your systems to an AI agent

An AI agent is only as useful as the systems it can reach. BeeManaged connects your ERP, CRM, service desk and customer channels to agents that work inside your processes.

Short answer

BeeManaged connects AI agents to ERP and accounting software, CRM, service desks, Microsoft 365 and customer channels. Examples are Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Exact Online, AFAS Profit, Mendix and TOPdesk, always through the official API of the vendor. Agents read by default and write only after approval.

What is an integration between your systems and an AI agent?

An integration is a secure connection, usually through the vendor's API, that lets an AI agent read data from your ERP, CRM or service desk and prepare actions in it. Customers get answers based on real order and product data. Employees ask their own systems questions in plain language.

A website agent answers a delivery question and creates a lead. An internal agent helps sales or service with data from several systems. The agent prepares, your team decides.

CRM

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Leads, contact updates, tasks and follow-up through the Dataverse API.

HubSpot

Contacts, deals and tickets through the HubSpot API.

Salesforce

Leads, accounts and cases through the Salesforce API.

Service desk and platforms

Mendix

Tickets and service data through the REST and OData services of your Mendix app.

TOPdesk

Incidents and requests through the TOPdesk REST API.

Microsoft 365

SharePoint and Outlook

Documents in SharePoint and requests from shared mailboxes through Microsoft Graph.

Channels

Website chat

An agent on your website that advises in several languages and hands over to your team.

Phone

An AI answering service that picks up calls, answers questions and passes on messages.

WhatsApp Business

Customer and dealer conversations through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Which systems can an AI agent be connected to?

Most business software with an API can be connected. We use five categories: ERP and accounting, CRM, service desk, Microsoft 365 and customer channels. We always connect through the vendor's official, documented API. That is not a partner status or a certification by the vendor.

  • ERP and accounting: an ERP integration with Exact Online, Exact Globe, AFAS Profit or Business Central covers order status, stock and draft orders.
  • CRM: a CRM integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot or Salesforce creates leads, updates contacts and logs the conversation.
  • Service desk: in TOPdesk or Mendix the agent picks up tickets first and asks for missing details.
  • Microsoft 365: SharePoint documents and Outlook email as a source for answers.
  • Channels: website chat, WhatsApp and email, where customers and dealers ask their questions.

Vendor AI, self-service connector or managed agent: which route fits?

The vendor's own AI works inside one package. A self-service MCP connector lets you query your own data in an AI assistant. A managed agent from BeeManaged connects several systems and customer channels, with approval and management included. Choose by how many systems a process touches.

If you only want to ask your own administration questions yourself, a self-service connector is cheaper. If your team works almost entirely inside one package, start with that package's AI.

How does BeeManaged connect an AI agent to your software?

An agent gets only the rights its task needs, set per role, and reads by default. Write actions, such as a draft order, wait in an approval queue until a person decides. Every question and action is logged. Agents and data run in the EU, with a standard data processing agreement.

Where a vendor offers an official MCP server, we can use it. As of September 2026 that includes Business Central (public preview, read-only by default), Salesforce and HubSpot. Otherwise we use the vendor API, such as the Exact Online REST API or AFAS GetConnectors and UpdateConnectors. Your data is not used for model training.

What if your software package is not listed?

Then we check it. Most business software has an API. In an intake we look at what it allows, which rights the agent needs and whether your process can run on it. If an integration makes no sense, we tell you before any work starts.

On-premise software, such as Exact Globe on your own server, needs a secure connection to the agent, for example a VPN or a secured gateway. We determine the safest route with your IT partner.

How does an integration project start and what does it cost?

It starts with an intake about one process and its systems. Setup is quoted up front, with development at €175 per hour. Customer-facing agents cost from €0.35 per conversation. Internal agents and ticket processing are custom work, priced in consultation. Monitoring and the dashboard cost €250 per month.

If you are not sure where to start, a €1,750 consultation package maps which systems to connect first.

Frequently asked questions

Which systems can you connect?

We connect Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Exact Online, AFAS Profit, Mendix, TOPdesk, Microsoft 365 and many others, through the official API of the vendor. Other systems with a usable API we assess together.

What if my package is not listed?

We check the API in an intake. If an integration makes no sense, you hear it before development starts.

Does it work with on-premise software?

Yes, if the software has an API and your server can be reached through a secure connection, such as a VPN. AFAS Profit only runs as AFAS Online (as of September 2026).

What is the difference between an API integration and an AI agent?

An API integration moves data between systems by fixed rules. An AI agent uses that API to understand a question, find data and prepare an answer or action. Writing happens only after approval.

What does an integration cost?

Customer-facing agents cost from €0.35 per conversation, with setup quoted up front and monitoring at €250 per month. Internal agents and ticket processing are priced in consultation.
