Terms of service.

These Terms apply to every visitor and customer of BeeManaged B.V. By accessing this site or signing an order form, you accept these Terms in full.

BeeManaged provides AI agent platforms for sales and service in manufacturing. The exact scope, deliverables and SLAs are set out in your order form or service agreement.

We use a transparent pay-per-conversation model starting at €0.35 per conversation. Implementation fees and setup costs are quoted separately. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

All software, models and documentation remain the property of BeeManaged. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the services during the term of your agreement. Your data and content remain yours.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination, we will return or delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
